Connecting People With Their Irish Roots

BIFHSGO’s virtual annual conference “Researching the Disadvantaged of England and Wales,”

Takes place on 18 and 19 October. Nine speakers will explore the dark times when many British citizens struggled with little or no income, inferior housing, poor health care standards and other inadequacies in their daily lives. Their tribulations were particularly severe in the increasingly industrialized worlds of Victorian and Edwardian England and Wales.
