A series of informal, regional meetings will be held on Zoom during January 2025. The meetings will be for an hour on a Saturday afternoon, starting at 14.00 hrs Irish time. The aim is to strengthen the links between our members in overseas locations, in order to enhance their research on their Irish connections. As IFHS Chairperson, I hope to gain ideas for how the Society can deepen the quality of its services to its overseas members. Most of all, I hope we can have a fun chat together, over virtual calories and cuppas! The dates are as follows:
14.00 Saturday 11th January Australia and New Zealand
14.00 Saturday 18th January North America
14.00 Saturday 25th UK and Europe
Invitations, with Zoom links, will issue in January to members in the relevant regions, who have subscribed for 2025.
