HR Operations Manager (maternity cover) at HEO level

The NLI is currently hiring for a temporary HR Operations Manager (specified purpose contract, expected to be 12 months).  This is a critical role for the NLI’s HR Unit and for the organisation.  It is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a values-led HR team and working to the NLI’s values of welcome, trust, collaboration and a progressive approach.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including full-cycle recruitment programming; best-practice people management and employee relations; compliance reporting; audit management; and stakeholder management, including shared services, vendors and Government Departments.
