Connecting People With Their Irish Roots

The Blue Blouses – Can You Help?

Does anyone have family connections to women who were part of the Blueshirts in Ireland?

My name is Ryan, and I’m currently producing a one-hour documentary for TG4 called “The Blue Blouses.” This film will explore the overlooked history of the women who were part of the Blueshirts in Ireland.

I’m reaching out because I’m looking for anyone who might have information, historical items, photos, or personal stories about the Blue Blouses. I’m keen to talk to people who had a family member in the Blue Blouses back then and would be willing to share their experiences.
