Ladies’ Land League Research – Can You Help?

My name is Aoibhín Ní Gleasáin, I am a current Masters of History student at the University of Galway and I am contacting you today in hopes you may be able to assist me in my research.

As part of my MA, I am researching an organisation entitled the Ladies’ Land League which was prominent in across Ireland during the early 1880s. Ran as a subsection of the Land League, spearheaded by Charles Stewart-Parnell and Michael Davitt, the Ladies’ Land League was organised and governed by Parnell’s sister, Anna. As part of my research, I am looking into the experiences of nationalist women in the South-East of the country between 1875-1923. However, as I am sure you can imagine, sources are becoming relatively limited to find. It is because of this I am contacting you in hopes of having a public call for archival material published within your next newsletter.

I would thoroughly appreciate any assistance you can provide, and eagerly look forward to your response.
